The managers push you until you breakdown and blame you for not acting right. 4. There is no healthy office culture. All these people do is make you work until you are burnt out. Once you burn out, they blame you for under-performing. They would have hired new people by then and compare your burnt-out self to the new hires. 5. You can forget about work life balance. You will not have energy to do anything after work.
