Pros

I would say a Pro would be the PTO.

When I started working for (TharpeRobbins) at the time it was awesome. As an employee you felt very much appreciated. As a company that is centered around recognizing employees , it sure has failed employees in the past few years. It's a shame that companies that we bought use our points program more that the company that created it. There are some departments that never receive any points, and we hear well "It's your job". I know there are other departments that get points for "DOING THEIR JOB". We get more work put on us everyday, and of course no additional money!!! I know that they're new hires that are making more money than people that have been here for years, so what does that say of the company? We were promised a raise this year, and then we're invited to a meeting, and given a doughnut to make the blow of finding out we aren't getting a raise this year easier. It sure didn't make the blow easy, I can buy my own doughnut. Every department is treated different as well. We left early on Labor Day Friday, and some departments got paid to leave early while one department had to take PTO. That makes an employee even more resentful!! There are departments that come and go as they please! IT can go to the gym for hours, and leave early, oh and don't forget they can come in late too! I would suggest looking internally at things that need to be fixed, and make sure your employees are taken care of. It's great to work here if you're a manager!!

Pros

The role is fully remote and offers flexibility. The direct manager is an exceptional leader and mentor who genuinely prioritizes their teams’ best interest.

Compensation does not align with a Recruitment Partner level role while the work being done is more at a Senior Recruitment Partner level.
