National Parts Center - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei EnerSys: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They don’t treat everyone fairly. A lot of favoritism in this particular dept. Racism doesn’t get addressed as it should. The Coordinator of the dept. runs around all day with 50 tasks barely getting one complete. Supervisor doesn’t know how to supervise, let’s people run all over her. No one is held accountable. Currently looking for a new job now. This is being written while in a pandemic, Clovid-19. Been in this dept for well over 2 yrs almost 3. We’ve worked during the whole pandemic for no reason. Orders were very low at the time, but yet we’re still required to come in without any hazard pay.
