The company has a clear, green corporate mission. The people you work with are almost all reasonable people. No politics.

The benefits package is on the weak side, though it isn't terrible. The health plan was poor, but recently has been improving.

Working at Enerpath is one of the best and easiest jobs I ever had. You are essentially allowed to make your own schedule, you are not micro-managed, goals are minimal and if you put any effort into this, you can make a very good living. You get out of it what you put into it. You don't have to "sell" if you correctly present the idea of what you are doing to the customer. This is a program for them, it helps them financially and creates a better work environment for their employees. And, if you like being "green" you are helping the environment by reducing their energy usage. Enerpath provides the best software in the industry (no one else is even close) to help you do the audit and present the results to the customer. The software creates the presentation for you. It is very easy to use and simple to understand. It makes a very clear, concise report that can be easily presented and is easy for the customer to understand. Also important to people (especially with families)....Enerpath offers great benefits and has one of the best matching 401K's available. The whole concept of what you are doing, the tools Enerpath offers you, and the compensation that is possible, makes this a great company to work for.
