The management is always willing to listen and understand. They are the most supportive and reasonable especially when you are sick or down. But they do draw a line when some employees only take that support for granted. If your a woman working nights, the security and safety is their main concern. You can even opt for a drop back home. A very friendly environment, its an open floor. The HR is very much approachable. The management is one of the BEST I've seen compared to my earlier work places. They have a fully loaded pantry, very comfortable . A water Heater/ microwave/Fridge/Coffee machine etc. You want to take a breather you can do it freely. Its a safe heaven for women employees.

Its a target oriented Job, so if your lazy or not as ambitious this Job would not suit you. Parking may be an issue so a 2 wheeler may be better suited.
