Pros

Run by great, smart people who are always willing to help. The product is great and helps businesses save money through a HVAC automation implemented through thermostats with AI software.

Kontras

It’s a hard sell and a long sales pipeline because of the manner in which it is implemented. We were trying to be a SAS company, but the downside is that we are also a hardware company that has to wait and rely on the customer to replace their thermostats. It takes a highly motivated buyer to complete the sale. You’ll be ghosted by “interested” parties often. The product requires a lot of work to be installed on the consumer end, and I think this hurts the company.
