Employees get same perks and benefits as Allstate employees, which are great. Great work from home and remote options.

Senior Management too micromanaging and doesn't empower senior level employees to independently make decisions. This makes moving forward with completing tasks and projects on time, very difficult. There are way too many different project management tools with way too many different steps required before able to just move forward to implement. Long time employees talk too fast using way to many acronyms expecting new employees to know what they're talking about. This if very challenging especially since many meeting are done remotely. Also, because of using Skype for meetings, the tendency is to schedule more meetings then needed making it difficult to get actual work done because you spend all day in meetings, and often double booked. Budgeting for projects doesn't make sense as its not based upon everyone's hours needed to implement but an arbitrary dollar amount assigned based upon technology resources only. Due to sharing technology resouces, its difficult to get projects implemented timely and within budget. Little work-life balance. Too much work, too little time to reach deadlines, especially with micromanaging culture.
