Small teams causing too much pressure and burnout on each employee. No management / HR above employees, directly directors causing dictatorial attitude toward emloyees trying to squeeze every second. No office culture, event, or parties. Not even the birthday of employees. A lot of blame game from the management. Only 14 leaves in a year. 12 Casual + 2 floating. Shifted workhours. Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. No compensation for overtime. No courses or training provided for employee's growth.
