Layoffs handled with zero transparency or empathy. You’re disposable, and they make that clear. Feedback is performative, expect little to no real career development. Overwork is the norm, recognition is rare. Burnout is viewed as a badge of honor, not a problem. DEI is all talk. Very little action or inclusion at the top.
