Toxic attitudes and behaviors from management drove away good talent. Walking into the office is like walking into 1970. Leadership sits in their offices and tells people what to do and reacts terribly to outside opinions. There is blatant favoritism, sexism, and disrespect. CTO praises those who stay up until the wee hours to get mismanaged projects complete. CEO doesn't talk to anyone unless it is to force his opinion on you. CMO? One word--MICROMANAGEMENT. I felt that the only time I was acknowledged was when I was criticized. Otherwise--you are ignored. Before morale was at an all time low (no one shows up anymore) you had to provide reasons for leaving early or in the middle of the day. I'm talking about doctor's appointments and family emergencies and everything. How is this place getting funded? Please avoid at all costs.
