The building is famous all around the world and it speaks for itself. The pay is decent for a job that requires few skills.

Management is horrible. Late three times in one year and you're fired. These people wrote the book on micromanaging and they lie to you at every point they get. Everyone who works here is an adult yet you have to ask to go to the bathroom or to get a drink of water. Feels like I'm in elementary school all over again. Business needs always come first and they literally do not care about you. The director walks around taking mental notes of your every move. When he walks through with special guests he will even make fun of you with them. He once called employees in my department "clowns" to prospective investors.
