The kids are fun to teach I guess.

Lack of structured feedback during probation. Feedback at 1 month was positive, but termination occurred at 3 months with no prior warnings or performance improvement plan. Training culture is inconsistent; senior staff can be dismissive of questions ('figure it out' approach).

- Training is comprehensive - Staff is friendly and management is helpful

- Wide range of ages and topics to teach, can be a bit hard to juggle the kids
