The CEO, a former military member, often spoke about values like honor, loyalty, and integrity, yet failed to uphold any of them. When layoffs happened, those promises disappeared overnight. There was zero communication, no support, and when I reached out directly for help, I received no response. The company only cares about money and optics, not people. The word “family” is just a slogan they use when it benefits them, and once you’re no longer useful, you’re forgotten instantly.
