Very rigid return to office policy starting soon . Poor office location chosen causing horrible commute and traffic times. No leeway even for those originally hired as remote. RTO being used so local talent quits instead of getting paid out/laid off. Talent will be rehired in a lower cost location. .

Talented Team Great Product Market is Ripe For Disruption/Tons of Opportunity

The CEO is never wrong - talks about herself and her achievements constantly. The BOD is way too involved in operational decisions and is paying too much attention to competitors, pulling teams off their plans to match competitor moves. Staff and budgets are tight and need to fund and staff a bazillion competing priorities.
