Pros
• My direct supervisor was kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. She took time to explain tasks clearly and treated me with respect.
- The internship offered exposure to technical drawings and documentation, which was useful for learning.
- I would say nothing is worth the amount of trauma you get from this place.
Kontras
• The workload was extremely heavy for an intern, especially considering the allowance. Interns were often given tedious, detail-heavy tasks that should not have been assigned to someone in a learning position.
• The company employs a very large number of interns (around 30), which creates an environment that feels more like cheap labour than structured training.
• The allowance was very low, and deductions were made for sick or emergency leave. This was demoralising and financially stressful, especially since interns are already struggling to cover daily expenses.
• Some staff members were unprofessional in the way they communicated with interns. I personally experienced being spoken to in a rude, commanding manner, which caused significant anxiety and stress.
• Interns were often expected to prioritise company tasks over academic responsibilities, even though internships are part of an educational requirement.
• There was a general feeling of being taken for granted—interns who performed well were simply given more work rather than proper guidance or appreciation.
-My allowance got deducted even despite sending an official notice for a leave from my university for a final presentation.
-Not only that, even permanent staff doesn't get OT. They handle multiple projects with barely enough people to handle it. It's ridiculous.
