Work from home is a huge bonus

The micromanagement has caused delays in production. The expectation of having work be your whole life is unrealistic. So many layoffs where we’re having to do more with less is ridiculous. All of this while executives are stating that’s not the intention. Benefits are horrendous for a health insurance company. We’re all burned out and exhausted.
