This is not a safe place to work, at all. The higher ups would rather us look good on paper than make a decision that makes even an iota of sense. Upper management often plays favorites and treats the outcasted employees like poop. Doesn’t give their neurodivergent employees the support that they need to succeed. They also need to learn to make decisions that are grounded in reality than they are grounded in idealization.
