Hello, Thanks for your feedack. We understand that things may not go as one would expect in their career and we understand how frustrated you may feel. Whilst we have a fast-paced and ambitious environment, we make sure to provide constant feedback during the probation period and we make sure that it is a 360 degree feedback from all the stakeholders involved with a specific employee. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to take tough decisions when we see there is no fit in terms of skills and/or company culture. 84% of employees have passed their probation period in 2023 and we put all our means for every employee to be their best at work.
