      Pros

      The consultants are really smart, hard working and kind people.

      Kontras

      If you’re best friends with the CEO you can expect promotions, made up jobs, and matching high pay. If you’re a consultant be really careful - if you’re unassigned your pay goes to HALF right away and you have zero control over this, it’s just if they have a job for you or not and if you’re on the favorite list.

      Don't really know if this is a real person or not seeing as how me, as the Founder, is the only person at the firm here longer than 6 years. Regardless, we can all have our opinions and views and it's never good when your team isn't aligned. Hopefully we'll continue to learn and get better so we can be the best possible company and team we can possibly be.

      Very good work/life integration compared to other consulting firms, interesting projects, a team that I feel really supported by, great growth opportunities

      Great group or core people who still remain at the firm. Competitive pay and amazing benefits.

      Everything that was good about Embark (mainly the core group of Embarkers from the beginning) have left the firm. The C-Suite doesn’t know the business or its people. Our new CEO is in way over his head. He has no knowledge of the professional services industry. He relies heavily on the people around him to make up for his shortcomings and relies heavily on his ability to memorize a script. Scary times.
