Worst company ever - Compliance Officer bei Em@ney: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Terrible management, total lack of professionalism and competency, practically nobody can speak English, the office is actually a gloomy flat, no hot running water and no aircon in the kitchen. The amount of work is insane for the few people who work in the compliance department but the management is cheap and profit orientated only. Just to throw an example, there was a 7 months pregnant colleague who suffered from back pain as the office chairs were old and uncomfortable. However, nobody seemed to realise that. Eventually they decided to buy proper office chairs but unfortunately employees had to assemble them themselves. Unbelievable! As to the compliance side, the management was not willing to spend money for buying proper third party tools or for implementing the system according to the regulations. The management is totally reckless and has the sole purpose of making profit regardless the regulations. The company is ultimately hold by sicilian people who is mentioned in many press articles related to the mafia. To be fair, considering how the whole company is run, they surely facilitate money laundering. Very hypocritical and stressful work environment. No benefits whatsoever and you are never thanked no matter how hard or smartly you work.
