Training a replacement is a hassle for them due to already high turnover rate so they'll try to increase wages as a desperate attempt to retain talent. Constant layoffs, treat your full time position as temp employment and continue looking for the next job. Hiring managers have been asked by interviewees about the negative reviews on here so many times that they started fabricating positive reviews. Any positive reviews are from upper management trying to drown out negative reviews as they have been struggling to hire decent talent due to string of negative reviews since 2018.
