The fact that it's fully remote is great for working parents and others who do best working from home, and the culture is very accommodating. As a full-time freelancer, I made a significant chunk of my monthly income from working with Elite. There are a lot of different writing and editing opportunities there, so if you do well, you will be given the chance to expand into other areas and make more income.

Elite offers good rates, especially for new or intermediate freelancers, but you have to learn to work efficiently to maximize your income. The process documents for each service line can be pretty dense, but it's really important to read them closely and become familiar with the process - correctly following processes is a determining factor in your success here.
