Unfortunately, as a workplace, Eleven Software has changed drastically in the past 2 years. The new executive leadership and owners are inexperienced and are willing to cut corners, go through multiple rounds of layoffs, and remove benefit after benefit, with the only real goal of accumulating as much profit as quickly as possible. This approach has heavily eroded employee trust, wellbeing, and overall culture. Morale is at an all time low in the company's 22 year history. There are so many bright and kind individuals still working at Eleven, but the moment the job market favors job seekers again, they'll be gone. I would love to see the owners do some self reflection, admit to their mistakes, and take real accountability, but I have no faith this will happen. For anyone considering taking a job with Eleven in its current form, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
