      Pros

      It's a young and (relatively) successful company, it's very good at marketing and advertising, so it gets noticed. It's still growing rapidly, so it's going places. Friendly people, good vibes.

      Kontras

      Management is not always very professional. Frequent changes in organization level. Too much politics for such a young company. Senior engineers don't have a platform, and are often being managed by amateur, narrow minded leadership.
