I had just graduated from college and they contacted me and were interested in hiring me for a contract position. I barely even went through a interview process, they just asked me if I knew certain things and asked me what I learned in school. After that they had asked me if I would be willing to go through a background check for a T/S clearance. Which I complied. After I went through the T/S clearance, and got it, I hadn't heard back and was given a b/s answer as to why they could not hire me about 3 months later, I had to call and email them 2 months after the clearance process was over to find out what exactly is going on. I had forked over all my information to this company, which they have, as well as the OPM and they had given me an excuse why they could not fufill the contract, after they had paid to go through the clearance process. To this day, it bothers me and I feel like my identity was compromised as well as they conducted some type of fraudulent business with the government. This company is a scam, avoid them.

I worked at the NGIC facility for EOR, I worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, the Deputy Program Manager provided me with OJT on-site and the opportunity to travel around the world, working in exciting places and helping to save lives. I have been provided opportunities to learn about proposal management, business development and working for multiple agencies since I left Charlottesville. EOR has provided me consistent opportunities to grow into a better professional, diversify my skills and improve my salary each year :-)

You get out of EOR, what you put into it. Some of the contracts span the entire world, making it hard for everyone to really get to know each other face to face, but overall, my interactions with the company have been very positive and were definitely improved when I decided to invest time and make it a priority in my life.
