This is small but good growing company in a Gujarat. You can expect best salary and also good appraisal from this company. This is the best company if you are fresher or you have less experience. All employees (junior, senior, TL, Manager and proprietor) are highly qualified people and also they will respect you.

This is not correct company if you are highly experience/qualified people. This company hire employee in contractual basic, before joining you require to pay one moth salary as a deposit (but you will never get back this salary). Contract can be a year or six month, company will renew your contract only if they are happy with you. You should be ready to listen some vocabulary from client which might be you never expect/listen before these. (If you want to listen those words I propose you to see any xxx English movie).
