Leadership is clueless about software development. They dont have good projects. Project conversion rate is low. Be prepared for doing anything, they might ask you to wipe floor one day which means if you work well ,be ready to clean up others mess. Dont expect good increment just because you did great for company, company is to make profit for partners and client ,employees are just machines if not working as expected fire them and get new one.

Good on time salary .
