If you went over your break by seconds you get disiplined, if you take longer than 10mins on bathroom breaks you get disiplined. Managers favourites get promoted, not hard workers. If you ring the absence line when you are genuinely sick you get a call back from your manager giving you grief and telling you to come into work. Managers are so condesending and degrading, cannot believe the way agents were spoke to. Terrible shifts, you have to be available from 8:00am-10:00pm 7days a week. Not anyones permanent job, no prospects. Had to sign a form at the start off training advising you that if you left within 6months you will be fined £150. Management tell you to hand in your notice imstead off giving you the sack so they can fine you.
