No organization, no outline of true tasks

Effective Digital (Formerly ADWEB Software) is a great place to work. We've had a recent name change and have great people working with us and they are all super friendly and helpful. If you are looking out for a new job or are a new starter I must say you need not to worry about how you will learn things and who will help you. Our team here in Pune, Kolkata, Melbourne, Philippines, US & UK are always there to help you out no matter which location you join. Everyone here is very approachable including the CEO, CTO, and CMO. We share an open plan work place which makes it easier for everyone to work efficiently. We have a great work culture and awesome projects to work on, not to mention you get to learn a lot here technology wise and you get to work on the entire project. We've expanded really well in different locations within India and of course globally. We are growing globally!

Umm can't think of any.. Yes please carry your lunch box as the food here in Pune is not that great :)
