Pros
I had a lot of responsibility since the company was small.
Kontras
It's very depressing to work somewhere when yiur product sucks, but it's worse when the company tries to make everyone believe it's the market leader. EFactor purchased 1 million smb emails and sent them user names and passwords to claim they have 1 million users when in reality the site was a ghost town. It was morally challenging trying to close deals and taking money from hard working companies when you knew you were selling a lie. Likewise with marketing and pr. I lasted 4 months and none of the 10 employees I worked with lasted a year. Adrie and Marion made everyone get into the office at 8am, and tried to pressure people into working hard, for very little pay. They were often late on paychecks. Morale couldn't have been lower. And this was just before they did a shady back door ipo. I can imagine what it's like now since the stock went from $3 to $0.10
