When I worked there it was a growing but smaller company, so did not spend much time on one project before pivoting to the next. Not the biggest downside but something to be aware of if your looking for a monolithic type of company. This is not it.

Good place to learn clean coding practices and how professional level software is developed. Also great at providing a strong variety of experience in terms of the many technical and business aspects associated with a software engineering company.

Moving more towards low/no code solutions via Microsoft’s Robotic Process Automation which may or may not provide the experience everyone is looking for. Also rarely hires from within since the company is so small.
