Employees now record all private conversations with management to cover their own backs. Massive layoff every october to thin out what they can afford employee wise. This company is running on borrowed money from family, CEO takes frustration out on employees. Company has been caught several times over charging schools and this is still happening. HR company they work with lets each employee know their job is to protect the company, not the employee meaning your complaints can be your demise.
