      Pros

      Work from home. Make own schedule, including 1 weekend day.

      Kontras

      Contractor (1099) 1 weekend day does not apply to all who get hired. No raises. Take away 10% of what you do. No benefits whatsoever. Punish you for suggestions although claim to value opinions and appreciate your hard work. You are given regions, but work is assigned to you instead of being first come.
