Some great people to work with in a nice open office. Great product with consistent efforts made at improving the CMS to keep up with trends.
Kontras
Poor planning and management, especially HR. They went from hiring like crazy and spending a small fortune on a new fancy downtown Austin office to suddenly laying off employees. It felt very bi-polar. They started making unreasonable demands on Tech Support, including working overtime unpaid.
