Nothing to highlight about. They onboard a new employee but do not hold any trust in assigning the task or giving access to the official emails or etc. They will use in all other way they can to use the person's knowledge but getting it documented everyday.. Also whenever you will need them they will answer the call bit if they call they expect to be answered in one rang doesn't matter you are on biological break or anything they will keep calling like anything.
