Pros

Since the company goes out of its way to hire talented people, the people are actually quite knowledgeable. Definitely, there are things you can learn as well as teach which is great for your own career. I like the work like the balance and the job. But its a shame that they cant pay increments or appreciate performance.

The company has been running a white lie where they promise to pay for performance but after you performed well or great, they just do not pay out. Infact over the past few years, I lost money with and I know I was performing great as per plain metrics of the project. Quarter after quarter of increasing your own work load for no incentives or bonuses just a white lie called pay for performance. In 2023, they deducted 10% salary for 3 months for all employees. It was the long term incentives that were so awful that they finally tipped me over. However since 2024 the management has changed but so far no actual responsibility has been taken. Instead I think they are pretending to forget the past efforts of the hard working employees that was made during hard company times and instead they are starting the old pay for performance cycle again. I am in love with the work that I do but I cannot in good faith recommend my job to anyone in its current state. If you cant pay for the talent, I see bigger problems that company stock price. Its just very disappointing, since I do like the work and interactions and all but if I worked at another company, I would have had way more money by now.
