- Management is so far disconnected that they don't know what is happening - Way to many CRM's and nobody uses any of it to track information, its death by excel - The product is lacking depth and has a hard time scaling. Nobody knows what we do, ESPECIALLY internally - The merger has crushed any brand name and managements idea to fix that is provide free AirPods in exchange for a meeting. - When you are tasked with something to do in a shared format, even after it's done people will ask for a write up summary, several times. They don't read or follow through with anything they ask their employees to do. - The Layer0 team is VERY reactive and can't get out of their own way internally to make the product successful. - Not all customers are even flagged as customers in the multiple CRM's, so sometimes it'sitsa guessing game as to what information in the CRM is accurate or not.
