There was little to no opportunity for career growth or internal mobility. Performance reviews were inconsistent and often delayed, which made it difficult to understand how success was measured or how to improve. In general, the organization felt disjointed and reactive. Employee concerns were often ignored—even when multiple team members flagged issues with specific leads or management styles. There was little follow-through or accountability from leadership in addressing feedback. The culture leaned toward micromanagement without clear expectations being set.
