Management gossips and shames coworkers to other coworkers . Management doesn’t know how to manage in a positive, motivating way, Non ethical , they do not keep their word . Management is constantly in meetings , very stressed out because they don’t have a clear cut plan. They are constantly arguing amongst each other which creates a very negative environment.
