I had a great experience here and cannot see a con for now

I felt that the passion the staff had for the kids was contagious, and I learned so much about the field.

People that were more experienced in working with the autistic community had concerns about Eden's leadership and the speed at which behavior plans were updated. Most of the problems I witnessed were due to short staffing. the pay is low for how difficult the work is, but it did not drive me away.
