Very good company for freshers who are interested to learn about Thermal power plant construction at site. Can gain vast knowledge about all materials and equipment. Food and accommodation will be provided for free. Employees in head office will get weekend off and work for only 8 hours.
Kontras
there will be no work life balance for people working in site due to 12 hours work daily and need to work on sundays. not suitable for experienced persons. need to relocate all over india.
