Maybe you can learn a thing or two but it's really not worth the suffering

First of all the salary issue, they said they will increase the salary after 3 months and that's a complete lie even their managers get bare minimum salary. They made me work on company's promo projects outside my own projects by promising me to give me extra salary but there was nothing and on top of that my team's smic knowns I had that project but still demands to complete my own project at the same time which is freaking impossible she asked me to finish it even if i have to use my personal time like what. SMIC is rude as hell has no manners actually every senior members are rude and will talk to u like you're their slaves they shout so loudly at office in front of everyone. They will make u work after office hours there was times when i had to stay in office for 12am/1am as a female employee how this is legal. They will also froce u to take your work at home and expect u to work from home after working in the office for 10 hrs. Don't let me start on their graphic design department it doesn't matter how good u design they will always send u corrections even if the client liked the design that's why you can never finish your work timely. Oh they'll also tell u to come 1-2 hr early in the office to finish the work but they never let you go from the work early. Honestly be jobless then working in here
