Pros

Good benefits, talented, helpful co-workers for the most part, company car and gas card, access to the most technologically advanced equipment and solutions in the business.

Kontras

You will have no personal life, ever.Even when you aren't working during the week you are technically on call which means you'll always be on edge thinking you might be getting a call. The work itself isn't too bad.You will however get filthy, cut, bruised bloody and burned and then expected to be a "sales rep" as well. You'll work long days and still be behind, deal with angry customers, horribly made lease machines, and moronic general managers from chain restaurants. Is every day horrible?,no but the stress load at this job can get to be way too much. Also you'll grow too hate cardboard because you will have TONS of parts, equipment and dispensers shipped to your house, whether you have room for it or not.If this was a 9-5 job i honestly think I wouldn't mind it so much but the pay doesn't compensate for the amount of work we do.

Pros

The actual coworkers and team members are great. Everyone is super supportive and just trying to help each other out.

Kontras

Management: There’s a huge disconnect between upper leadership and the people doing the day-to-day work. Goals and priorities change constantly with very little communication, and it often feels like micromanagement takes the place of actual guidance. Work-Life Balance: The workload is completely unsustainable. You’re expected to handle an overwhelming amount of work, but you aren't given the resources or staffing to actually get it done without burning out. Expecting people to constantly work over their hours has become the norm. Lack of Growth: Career progression is pretty much non-existent. Promises of promotions or career development are thrown around, but they rarely actually happen. There’s no clear pathway to move up, so it’s easy to feel stuck and stagnant.
