No Job security at all! Micro managed. Poor car allowance compensation for the driving being done. Huge draw against your commission payout.

Thanks for the feedback. Our initial training period is vigorous with a lot of one on one practicing and coaching. It's a boot camp mentality where we try to expose you to as many of the possible outcomes as possible. To some this can feel like "micro management" and I apologize if that was the case with you. Our commission rates are the highest in the industry. Sales reps who achieve quota are not impacted by the draw and neither are new hires for their first 90 days.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad you enjoy working with us! There are in fact some long shifts but we try to keep the week as close to 40 hrs as possible. Always open to suggestions!

Decent money for the effort level

Too many marketing meetings, Owner Micro manages Owner has super zoom color video cameras and his wife spies on you, ai didn't say this a higher up told me. Tracks your every mile Lures spanish people into an MLM type training and only a select few get good accounts
