Benefits, paid time off and some holidays. Testing and assembly of products on site. Great team of people who currently work in the engineering department.

No training program for new engineers. They are almost immediately assigned to a project and than thrown off the boat to either sink or swim. Engineers are overloaded. Often forced to work overtime to meet unrealistic project milestones and delivery dates.
