Benefits and PTO were good here.

Management never knew what they were doing. Majority of management never even performed the job duty of the employees they were supervising, so they were always out of touch with production quotas. Additionally, they always encouraged overtime but also quoted it as a reason for dismissal. Lastly, their payroll department is a mess. Consistently makes errors on pay, raises, etc.
