Performance goals only vaguely relate to the job and are out of the average employee's ability to impact. As a result performance reviews are too subjective rather than a measure of actual employee contribution. Generally this company does not provide a worker with a sense of stability or company loyalty to the employee. Stress levels are kept abnormally high.
