Nearly everyone is lovely, just a few bad people in sales management Targets easy but manager cheats

Well known bully too involved in himself and kissing up to look after the team. Forces people out who challenge him and sales leadership/ HR turn their heads away. Not supportive unless he wants to… you know. Senior sales do not know what they are doing and just keep repeating mistakes. Lie to hide their mistakes. Limited progression. Only given when he wants attention.
