Marketing team has some great people that are easy to get along with. Very receptive to new ideas.

There were not really any cons.

in the beginning it was nice because you dont know anything and everyone seems nice

i got fired from here with no reason. just got a phone call and said the lady in charge didnt want me there anymore. I was like how and why did I get fired? It is a at will position so they can fire you without cause or reason. I show up early and did my part. I never surfed facebook or anything because I heard some other guy got fired for surfing facebook there. The only reason I can think of why she fired me is because I left home early one day. The lady goes in and out of the office a lot. My work is from 9-5pm. Right when it hit 5pm I needed to drive back to Riverside. It's a far drive. Anyways maybe she thought I lacked work ethic or maybe even that korean cultural mindset where I have to stay until the lady goes home. I guess this is all speculation, but I'm okay burning bridges with this company. my advice is not to work here. if you really need the money then yeah take it but if you want a future I recommend you take that extra month or two to really find that job that can propel your future. this is not the place. I know some new college graduates might be seeking a quick opportunity, but don't be so hasty. good luck to everyone.
