Horrible and ridiculous place to work!!! - Sales bei Easyflex: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Low pay but the worst part is that it is run by the wife of the owner, who is never there but in Korea. The wife has no business being in the business but acts as if she is the all knowing boss. You have to submit daily, weekly, monthly reports (total waste of time). I have seen her yell at employees and make them cry. No one can stand up to her. Upper management is a joke. They hired a total of 15 people while I was there and fired all of them. You will never be allowed to use any of your skills and are excepted to do what they say. No commission and salary was 2.5k a month. 2.8k if you have more than 5 years experience.
